The CCA October Focus on Missions features Jacinta Tegman, president of World Concern.

Since 2013, she has guided World Concern into a renewed focus on the organization’s vision, mission and core values. Her passion is to see transformation in the lives of the poor and marginalized in some of the hardest places on the planet. Along with her current responsibilities, Jacinta is an executive board member to Integral Alliace, a 23 agency global faith based ef network. She is a sought after speaker for humanitarian causes.

Jacinta graduated Summa cum Laude from Northwest University with a BA in Organizational Management. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Seattle University and was named the University’s 2015 Leadership and Professional Engagement award winner for innovative and forward thinking in her field. Jacinta has been married to her husband, Roger, for 36 years. Both attend CCA regularly. She is the mother to three grown, married children and enjoys spending time with her three grandsons.
